Major General Adil Iftikhar Warraich, GOC 7th Division was invited by the academy for delivering a session about Challenges of SubConventional Warfare Environment to probationers of 53rd CTP. During the session, he highlighted the role of civil servants in light of vision of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

Visit to University of Sargodha

Mr. Farhan Aziz Khawaja, Director General, Pakistan Civil Services Academy (PCSA), and Dr. Syed Shabbir Akbar Zaidi, Director, Common Training Program (CTP), Pakistan Civil Services, recently visited the University of Sargodha. The primary objective of their visit was to engage with potential civil services candidates, discuss the roadmap to the CSS, and address queries from aspiring students.
The honorable guests participated in a panel discussion recorded for UoS Web TV, where they highlighted the pivotal role of the Civil Services Academy and reiterated its core mission of preparing and delivering the best civil servants for the nation.
During the visit, the Director General toured the newly developed infrastructure of the university and appreciated the transformative initiatives led by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas.

Inauguration of National Outreach Program for Minority CSS Aspirants Held at Civil Services Academy

The Civil Services Academy (CSA) launched its flagship National Outreach Program for Minority CSS Aspirants, a comprehensive initiative designed to promote inclusivity and enhance representation of minority communities in Pakistan’s civil services.

CSA concludes national outreach program for minority aspirants

Civil Services Academy (CSA) hosted closing ceremony of its National Outreach Program (NOP) for minority CSS aspirants, here on Saturday.

The event took place at CSA’s Walton Campus Lahore and marked the successful culmination of a month-long preparatory training aimed at supporting aspirants from Pakistan’s minority communities in their journey toward civil service. The program brought together 42 promising candidates from Hindu, Christian, and Sikh backgrounds, selected from across the country through a competitive process. Over the course of one month, participants were immersed in structured training that included CSS exam orientation, mentorship sessions, policy briefings, mock testing, and leadership development, all designed to equip them with the tools and confidence needed to compete in the Central Superior Services (CSS) examination.

The ceremony was attended by several senior officials and dignitaries from federal and provincial departments, as well as members of the diplomatic community including

Deputy Director (CB)

An officer belonging to Office Management Group (45th Common). She held various positions in the Civil Service of Pakistan i.e. as a Section Officer in the Ministry of Industries and Production and SAFRON, Manager Commercial (National Fertilizer Marketing Limited, NFML) and an Assistant Director – Admin (PAS, CSA). She was a part of team which successfully 43rd STP of PAS officers (2020-2021), 1st Specialized MCMC Programme in PAS Campus. Moreover, she worked as an Assistant Director (T&C) in the 49th and 50th CTP and as a Deputy Director (General) during the 51st CTP in the Civil Services Academy Lahore. Her areas of expertise are research writing, public speaking, HR management.
