CST

CST is an important feature of the Specialized Training Programme. The study tours are aimed at providing probationers with an opportunity to familiarize themselves with different tiers of Government while also studying the social, cultural and economic profile of selected areas. The Country Study Tour affords an opportunity to probationary officers to see and analyze the problems faced by the common Pakistani in interacting with various tiers of the Administration. Probationers are also encouraged to share proposals regarding redressal of grievances of the common Pakistani with the officers they meet. It is mandatory to cover this aspect in their presentations. The Faculty Member In-charge is responsible for ensuring proper conduct and discipline of the group. On their return, each group is required to give a report and a presentation based on their observations and experiences.  The detail of study tours, visits and attachments is as under:
