Each probationer shall be allocated a book for review or a topic for a research paper during the course and shall be required to make a presentation in class according to the guidelines laid down for that purpose. The purpose is to develop the ability and skill to highlight the basic theme of a serious work and present it in a concise and critical form. Evaluation of book reviews shall be based primarily on his/her ability rather than on a mere summary of the contents of the book.
